2. Receive your LIFETIME training plan.
Our training plans are built to last!
Get lifetime access to your own individualized training plan, specifically built for achieving your goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and enjoyable program. Your plan includes:
- Target sets, reps and other training metrics
- Guidance on how to continually progress
- Exercise video demonstrations
- Descriptions for each exercise
- Helpful coaching notes
- Progress tracking
Your training plan is designed to be as easy to follow as possible. You'll know exactly what to do and how to do it.
3. Start Seeing Results.
Each week you'll go through Personal Training sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts you'll be responsible for completing.
These are important steps to ensure your continued progress, building your independence and confidence in your ability to train yourself.
Don't worry, your training plan makes it super simple to perform workouts on your own. We'll make sure your program is enjoyable and tailored to suit your lifestyle/needs e.g. we can design your workouts to be done from home, the gym, a park or wherever you prefer.

Congratulations! You've achieved your training goals! Not only that, but along the way you've learned how to train yourself confidently and effectively too.

What are your available times?
Please contact us with your details and your goals, and we will send you a link to our calendar with available times. If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please let us know and we will work with you to find a time that fits.
What should I expect from my first personal training session?
During your first session, we'll work together to help you clearly define your goals and then create an optimal plan to achieve them. We'll also go through a small workout. How often should I work out with a personal trainer?
To see progress, we recommend working out 3 to 5 times per week, following a customized training plan developed by your trainer. Of those 3 to 5 workouts, 1 to 3 times will be with a Personal Trainer. The number of weekly PT sessions will decrease as your confidence in self-training grows. This will continue until you are able to take on the world and continue to achieve your training goals independently.
What should I wear to a personal training session?
You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can move easily in. You should also wear supportive shoes.
What should I bring to a personal training session?
You should bring a water bottle and if applicable, any medications you may need. You may also want to bring a towel if you get sweaty.
